Training in Kerala

This course is an online e-classroom, hosted by UK nurse trainers. The NMC CBT course is comprised of six 4 hour sessions over two weeks. An all-inclusive course, which will cover the NMC CBT Part A Numeracy; and the NMC CBT Part B Clinical Questions for Nursing.

The NMC CBT course will also include digital learning materials. As well as a full mock exam delivered under timed conditions just like the real NMC CBT exam.

What is the NMC CBT?

In order to practise as a nurse in the United Kingdom, you must complete registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). This requires satisfying three stages: the English Language Stage (via IELTS or OET) and the two part Test of Competence (NMC CBT and NMC OSCE).

The NMC CBT is a computer based test. The official NMC CBT test provider is Pearson VUE and they have 7 test centres in Kerala. The cost to sit the exam is not included in the course fee.

The NMC CBT is split into two parts:

Part A is numeracy and consists of 15 questions across 30 minutes. Part B covers clinical questions for nursing and consists of 100 questions across 2 hours and 30 minutes.
